Make a Single Payment Donation to 
Congregation Jewish Community North
If you have a password for this site,  please use it to login to the site using the link at the top of the page to use the Member Donation Form.  This will enable your donation to be linked to your account information.

If you continue to use this form, and include a  donation amount,  you will be sent to a page to provide your credit card details.  If you submit this form without a donation amount, that is only with your contact information,  someone will will reach out to collect information about your intended donation and arrange for you to fulfill your mitzvah.  If you pay with a credit card the card will not be charged until an administrator approves the  transaction. If you do not see intended donation category in the drop down list of donation types below,  please contact us to process your donation manually.
Using this form does not allow you to split your payment into multiple installments.  The total donation will be submitted as a single payment.
