Set Up a Multiple Payment Donation to 
Congregation Jewish Community North


Donations are accepted electronically only if they are made as a single payment.  If you desire to make a donation that may require you to split the payments into multiple installments, it will be necessary to notify the congregation's financial officers of your intent such that the appropriate charges and billing information can be applied to your account.  This option would typically only be entertained for donations with significant financial impact.

By completing this form,  you will notify the congregation of your intent to make a donation, some of the information being detailed on the form below.  No actual transactions will be added to your account and the information will be used to enable a representative to contact you to complete the transactions.
